Checkout means that the user finished his sales and pushed the button "Proceed to checkout". He is than redirected to Amazon. That does NOT mean he really ordered the goods. He first has to finish the order and to pay at Amazon. Not till then after delivering the ordered goods you get your commission. Unfortunately there is no possibility to check if the customer really ordered the goods after leaving your site for checkout. But if you can see clicks for your associate id in the "Tracking ID Summary Report" of the Amazon associates interface then everything worked fine. The customers only did not finish the order. You can additionally verify in the checkout mail, if your tag is in the shopping cart url link. |
